One way would be revenue sharing - but first have to onboard as many users - which goes back to your earlier point on making the fundamentals as good as possible
It can start by collaborating with tools like marketplace, your music platform or other tools being built. Tools need visibility and users. Snort has that

But to also have realistic plan on funds & revenue.
Say for 1 year :
Cost of Kieren + 1 dev + 1 designer + someone to help with comms (marketing, customer support) + infrastructure = $ X
How will this funds be raised ? Donors ?
What’s the runway right now - eg 3 mths before funds dry up
So say April,
April - June
1. Clean up basic client features, onboard as many users
2. Speak to devs who are building tools
3. Plan out funding plan and start seeking funds
Target June - fund kicks in, tools integrated
Revenue will be staggered - but it’s ok because funds are in and founder’s won’t be stressed AF
This would be the best time to learn up abt various segments of user behaviour and focus on adoption
How to onboard general users, took specific users? Bring in specific influencers, get media to start writing, podcast on the products etc
Give or take in hopefully 6-9 months there is some steady revenue. But if not stable yet, fund raise again. Make sure to have at least 3 mths runway each time. And this time you have wider user adoption so your USP will be stronger

You can also partner up with specific paid relays that operate as channels. This could be a new innovation for relay devs .
Eventually Snort can build its own creative platform sharing tools like how canva allows designers to generate their revenue or any thing - travel platform with reviews etc
Ie If businesses want access to ad’s, then William / Damus had a great idea of ads engaging creative providers directly - so completely dependent on how creative it is - the old school style, no algo
But these are just random ideas - definitely can research and brainstorm more
