I just came back from a local jazz jam session which takes place every night. Tonight there was no house band, so the people coming to the jam became the house band. Level was not so good and it was a great lesson on how can I sound good/make the music sound good if some people on the bandstand are struggling or starting out (which is totally okay by the way!). I think I could’ve done better, too! 💜

I will take this thought into the practice room tomorrow 🚀
