Amethyst+wos is the way. No hiccups. Or damus+wos if ios. But this is just for getting them onboard.

My understanding is the Primal wallet is actually Strike API and since nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 is not yet licensed in NY, it won’t work there yet. Not a Strike issue, New York State issue.
