Yes but I'm on Android. Been unable to stay open more than a second all day ans have been waiting for someone else to say something.

I appreciate the update. Mine is still happening. Just freezing with black screen and key logo now. I contacted them through their website after finding this article https://support.bitkey.world/hc/en-us/articles/19760366496404-What-should-I-do-if-my-Bitkey-app-crashes
I did read this but was up to date per google play store. Was down about 6 hrs at least before started working. Almost un-installed for a restore. Restarted phone, spam opened it, etc. Hopefully urs come back soon wo incident
Fixed now 😊 
And I do use it to check price, this is first I've seen this happen to me since launch
