I do not roast, as I am in an RV currently. I get my coffee from someone running an air roaster is why I asked. I have gone through some coffee classes through some old employers and deep dive into coffee related topics every now and then.
Nice, we’ve got rv life in common. I use an air roaster for my samples and really enjoy it for consistency and control.
