Yes he talks about two ongoing bankster “wars.” Europe vs US and East Coast (NY money center) vs West Coast. It’s an interesting theory.

Yep, there is always lots of fights going on at the top, so would be strange if that didn’t escalate after the full on NWO enslavement operation was partially botched…
