27th book of 2024 complete:

True Believer by Jack Carr

The accuracy and detail of Carr’s writing makes you feel like you’re back overseas, and specially when you’ve been to places like Irbil, Ramadi, Fallujah, Amman, Incirlik, etc

I made the mistake of saying The Terminal list was the second non-fiction book I’ve read. But maybe that was a Freudian slip, as Carr’s writings are more Fact than fiction (fact-tion?)
