Give me a choice between two white men far advanced in years, and give me no other choice, and I might bridle, when that choice has to do with the top governing office in the land. I might pout and stamp my feet and say — rightly — that there should be more choices.

But — I don't know about you — I learned long ago that life often presents me with limited choices, and pouting and foot-stamping does nothing to change that reality.
