I didnβt have to get it, they just updated all new & renewals to the REAL ID after Jan 1, 2010 (Florida)
The new credentials have a star in the upper right corner of the card
Theyβve pushed it back a few times

Yeah I think it was originally supposed to go into effect in 2008. Seems like itβll happen in May 2025 Maybe there will be another delay if thereβs enough pushback but people are pushing back on privacy violations less and less nowadays.
