You never know. My Asian son-in-law hates most of his neighbors. Pays an expensive HOA for 2 pools, tennis and basketball courts, club house and walking paths. I've used his pools more than the rest of the family. He refuses to swim with other people so never uses them and doesn't play tennis or bball. Talk about a waste of money!
