Same here, especially as I get older. Been looking into circadian lifestyle, getting up and going to bed much earlier, limiting blue light. Are you getting enough sunlight during the day?

Sunlight varies, I’m studio bound at least 2 days a week so that’s long sessions in doors.

The biggest problem I have is getting really sleepy when working on the computer, some of the editing makes me soooo sleepy! Then I over do the coffee to compensate.

It’s funny, all through the summer I slept well, sunlight is the key it seems!

I make better music in the dark though. Hmm….
