Project is going well overall thanks for asking. We are dried in and getting close to insulation and drywall scopes. Installed heat pump cassettes and built the pump house / utility shed the past couple days. Power getting hooked up to the house next week and we’ll water hooked up in June. Me and my either are going to do all the finish work in June and July.

Learned a lot this first go, next one will be better, cheaper and built faster.
