I sure he would want to, but I'm not convinced he would because he'd be targeted by big regulators.

"X Coin" might instead be a licensed USD stable coin though.

If he tried linking a X coin to Twitter, the .gov would shut the shit down faster than Libra or Diem or whatever that Zuck coin was called

Yep, so I'd assume it would be a gov coin. He's already applied for money transmitter licenses.
