I've noticed it too. I think it's only renaming the feed, but not editing the filter itself. What I ended up is to delete the #art feed, and do a search with #asknotr keyword, then save the result as feed.
I've noticed that editing the value for a custom feed doesn't really work (e.g. the default value was #art which we still see. I changed it to #asknostr but the old value is still being used. cc nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg
