Hi, thanks for your answer. I am using primal. My relays are the following:
I would suggest manually removing one relay at a time to figure out which one is causing the problem, unfortunately this is a tedious and manual process at the moment. Or try a different client which deals with poor relay performance more gracefully. I'm on amethyst and don't have this issue
