Hey friends. Food shopping done! Now walk at a fast pace in the middle of the countryside. Unfortunately my knee is swollen because of the races of the past few days and I have to stop running and try walking. Probably even walking is not good for the knee that I find but always better than running. Latin American rap in the ears. Music is a medicine of the soul. Then I go home and cook 2 sirloins just taken at the meat counter. Long live happy Saturday to all 💜🤟🏴‍☠️

Try swimming to help the knee. The water will support it without too much stress on the joint.

What is this?

The guy recommends a list of exercises to heal / strengthen the knees. I've been doing the sled, split squats, seated good mornings once a week for over a year.
