I expect more miners to do something similar to ViaBTC when it comes to tx fees.

For example:

- Include 1kvbyte worth randomly selected zero-fee tx into each block.

- Include a few high relative fee tx into each block.

- Discount for lightning channel management (not sure how)

Recently miners have proved that money is not everything when they returned the fat finger fees to the "victims", it's time to show some love towards the shrimps as well.
