If you look at the fee structure, it will read “up to”. This is a max threshold as shown in my post. That is, of course, if they did a major change. But I don’t think they would do that as it would make their app less competitive.

The new sending fee is fixed at 0.4%, I am sending through my node with a fee of 1 satoshi to 12 satoshis.
By sending 50,000 satoshis the fee is almost the same as the on-chain fee when the mempool is clean.
