🤣🤙 Here’s what it looked like in the feed. Not sure what was going on on a technical level. Does Highlighter duplicate highlights as kind 1 notes? If so, that seems counterintuitive to having a separate kind for highlights in the first place.

Yeah I checked my Primal and it looks like that's what happening. Though it seems they are working on an update to Highlights. That will fix the display, but the frequency is on the user doing the highlights 🥹 I'll be more cautious in the future.
Haha all good. I think ultimately it’s an issue for clients to solve in terms of displaying various event kinds. A single feed of every supported kind will get cluttered, but I don’t think you should have to worry about how frequently you highlight stuff. Instead it would be good for clients to have toggles for what type of content shows in the main feed. Maybe I only want to see long form, or maybe I want a mix of long form and highlights, etc. If I could toggle various content types on/off as needed that would be cool. Separate feeds for different event kinds could work too.
