Everyone has the freedom to shitcoin, even the US government.
I'm not going to be a puritan about it, of course #Bitcoin only is the way to go, but we can't stop individuals and groups from being stupid.
Almost everyone has to learn the hard way. I wish it were different, but it is what it is.
I agree. I understand the responses of many here but I'm also of the "who cares if the USG wants to stack shitcoins?" mindset.
I prefer bitcoin only, but I would also rather they release the bitcoin they currently have to the markets and buy BTC for the reserve legitimately. But that is a much more complicated process than simply moving what they have to reserves. So it seems likely that there *will be* bitcoin in the reserves. If there is crypto in there too, meh, whatever. 💁🏻♂️
