He's building a truly awful buzzword protocol that will accomplish fuck-all because Microsoft already did it better. And it makes using the blockchain more expensive for everyone! Microsoft wrote a hash commitment to the blockchain like a good steward of the commons. And they got it done *checks notes* four years ago. Nobody uses it. Nostr already solved DID.

They were gonna use it in the web 5 TBD protocol. But that fizzled out. Too complicated, no developers. This is why we nostr.
