Nostr is a protocol and not a platform so there are many different apps that run on it besides Twitter clone apps like primal and damus, there are also streaming, blogging, chat, marketplaces, and more. The best directory that I know of for applications or clients for nostr is www.nostrapps.com
Or do you mean like Primal or Damus
