The other thing that jumps out at me listening to videos like this, they have no fucking idea of supply, they’re jumping at shadows, they guess at how much each country is holding, they guess at supply, they guess at paper volumes. Metals are not scarce, they don’t have predictable supply. They are kidding themselves!
