they have "only" lived a civil war (which is not really end, when you see them fighting for biden or trump, without seen they are both stupid selfish leaders).

And all the other war they participate too was outside their country.

So yes, in a way, they won't understand what been under attack means.

And the need of a good deal means too for future generations and peace.
