It never ceases to amaze me at the ineptness of American diplomacy “efforts”. The supposed detente achieved between the US and China lasted all by 24 hours.

That is the goal, and yet there seems to be a growing determination favoring conflict. It doesn’t need to be this way at all.
The guy is barely there, and for some reason gets a pass for it every day.
Dude makes random racist comments, blurts out factual errors, and diplomatic faux pas like this constantly.
Now whether this was scripted for him by some malintent... It's hard to see who the fuck that would benefit.
