humans don't understand the difference unless they have scientific training so all they have to do is simulate a stop by slowing down the acceleration for a bit and everyone thinks that prices stand still, and then the dumb people whose daily bills are not going up anymore for a while vote for more government, because it stopped the inflashon and the cycle repeats
