When posting a full episode here on Nostr, I post the guests url to all the places they can be found
Do you as audience members like that?
I am thinking to post just the ep and the timestamps, as the post ends up full of links to other websites, and a bit messy

It doesn't hurt to post the links but I feel like it should be towards the end of the post. The primary piece of content is your recording, you don't want to be linking people out somewhere else first.
Links on Nostr are a bit of a gamble. They don't always display how you think they will.
If the guest has an npub, that should be how we find their gear. But not everyone has an npub.
I'm finding that Amethyst isn't the best way to consume long videos/audio. As much as I love things being hosted on Nostr, I have to admit it's not ideal for pods.
Yeah that makes sense. If they have an npub then I always tag that. But it's the website stuff taking you elsewhere that draws away from the episode itself
