I love when job descriptions list as a hard requirement 10 years of experience in technologies that have barely been around that long if at all.

Heard a conversation about that recently.

The interviewer wants to know why the guy thinks he is qualified without the 10 years experience.

“Well, I invented the thing 7 years ago.”
