They shutoff the internet means they shutoff the economy. Banking, payments, ecommerce, utilities, healthcare etc. Yeah good luck shutting that down. Bitcoin is the least of your worries.

They shut off the power they’ve got about 3-4 days to get their arses out of dodge until the mob finds them and is ready and willing to lynch them (see Sri Lanka, they just got out in time).
