Make sure you never took more then u give, because when u training plants, you need to make sure that they have best days of their lifetime to be okey with that stress you providing them with those techniques 🍀

This summer is my best trained plant on that picture, but it cost like 50 more liters of water+ fertilizer than plants without training 🫡
