The Good: loved the boxing and the handwritten note. Could tell how much you guys care. The quality of the soaps were great. Think Sandalwood is my favorite scent.
The Not So Good: I selected delivery by UPS, but it was sent by USPS and took a bit longer as a result. Also, the 10% off website offer wouldn’t work for me. Neither were a big deal in the big picture, but wanted to give you balanced feedback.

Hey! I appreciate the feedback. The UPS ground saver option you chose actually hands it off to USPS (which is our fault anyway, we never choose this option even when customers do, but purchased the label on accident and couldn’t void it out).
Discount codes are not valid with bundles because they’re already discounted, I think that’s why you were having the issue.
