Good morning nostr! Time for coffee on this Wednesday morning, and for making a rough plan for the day. Last night my husband and I decided to grind up some of the venison that he harvested this season. We usually end up grinding alot of it into burger, and add some brisket for fat. But with our half-cow order this year I asked for some fat, so I want to try adding that instead. We'll see how that works.
