It's hell keeping the slugs away from mine... Gotta make a beer trap a few times at the beginning of the season to flush em out. 🍻

They don’t bother mine too much I think the wood chip mulch keeps them off mine. Deer eat the leaves but I’m armed with red predator lights this year

What kind of woodchips do you use?

Just the free stuff from the county recycling facility

Mine are in ground too. That's a big reason why.
