My carrier is registered in my wife's name, so technically there I am not sharing any personal information. You can also go with a pay as you go plan, which does not require any registration with a network, hence staying anon.

Also for the user profile where I have a sandbox Google store and have some Google and other work related apps, I created a spoof gmail account, with a pay as you go number, so thats also anonymous.
