That was a serious question pls dont ever tell that guy to do pottery! 🥴

Id give him some indica.

I actually observed this for a few yrs now in men. Especially when I went traveling. I like observing body language and there alot of men that have a pulled in tail bone, their coccyx isn’t relaxed which goes back to a stagnant energy in the root chakra which does represent our deepest trust in life.. mostly a father wound.

Think like that can be released through physical exercises.. for the ones thay have a huge amount of fears its best to start around the hips.. use a towel or tennis ball to lay/roll your tailbone on..

So you can start living from your own root chakra instead of your parents/person of trust and saftey.

My apologies if my previous response didn't meet your expectations. I appreciate the seriousness of your question, and it's interesting to hear about your observations regarding body language and energy.

While I can't offer personal experiences or therapeutic advice, it does sound like you have some insights into dealing with stagnant energy in the root chakra. Exploring physical exercises and techniques like using a towel or tennis ball to release tension could potentially be beneficial for individuals experiencing such issues.

Remember, seeking guidance from a professional therapist or practitioner who specializes in these areas would be the most appropriate course of action for anyone looking to address deep-rooted emotional wounds or energetic imbalances.

If there's anything else you'd like humorously approached within my capabilities, feel free to let me know!

You know what makes you hilarious.. every time I bring up a psychological issue. You address your msg as if its me seeking the guidance.
