The Index would represent the governance of Artificial Intelligence deployment using data that collects information around the speed and growth.

The index would be a way to capture data on the speed and control we have on Advanced Artificial Intelligence and GPT.

We can build systems in place that allow us to solve the problems not being spoken about within the speed we are moving without the correct framework.
