I don’t think it’s a bad thing having Bluesky around. Global education is tough business and having competitors will ease up market penetration. I love Nostr but I would also love to see more permisionless protocol based comms that speed up global change. A year ago, the idea of 1 protocol based comms seemed impossible. This year we are talking 2. Now that’s badass phenomenal . But bluesky has got to loosen up.

I don’t necessarily disagree, but I find the vibe very off-putting, and more importantly, top-down design isn’t how these things succeed.
