A quote from the newest Matrix movie has stuck with me for awhile: “Feelings are so much easier to control than facts.”

This statement is the ego’s choice weapon in this illusory world to try to convince us we’re bodies and that we’ve sinned against God and deserve punishment.

All of our feelings evolve around this central false belief, and therefore continue to imprison us.

the fact is nothing in this world is true. feelings can’t be true in your reality of oneness, in which there is no duality, no opposites.
