Brew in a bag mesh, plactic fermentor, a coocking thermometer and a hydrometer are all you need to start to start. As you grow, you'll find you need equipment a bit more sophisticated (brewing kettle, stainless steel fermentors...) But to start cheap and learn you have enough with that.
