I'm looking for a application that's a dead man switch. Something that I have to reset every 30 days, 60 days, etc and if I don't then it sends a email to someone. You'd think this would be common but not finding what I need. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just use Proton Mail to schedule an email. You can cancel at anytime.
If you’re leaving your computer running (perhaps a node?) you can create a script to check for user login within last 30 days, and if not, send email.
