Mostly potatoes and lettuce/spinach/kale outside so far.
Got bell pepper, jalapeΓ±os, and tomato starters planted inside.
Might plant carrots outside today/tomorrow
Wow! Lots. Ever since you told me about potatoes growing easily I've been looking into growing some. Consensus seems container growing makes it easy to collect when harvesting.
Ya I just throw them in the ground because we have a lot of space in the backyard and sandy soil but Iβve heard containers are great too.
I just like them because they are easy to plant, hard to mess up (hardy bushes), and substantial when you harvest them!
Oh ya bush beans are really easy too, Iβm gonna throw some of those in the ground this week
