I’m trying to get some local Bitcoiners together and the feedback I’m hearing is that most people don’t feel like they have enough to add to the conversation. If you’ve been to a Bitcoin meet up before, what were the best parts? Was there a “speaker”? Or just a hang session? #asknostr

I started a local Meetup group and started scheduling a monthly meetup at coffee shops. The growth is slow but we are used to that, no? HA ...I am patient
Yes, everything I’m hearing is keep it simple, but I’m worried it’s more intimidating for newbs if they think they are the one’s going to have to fill the convo.will let you know how the first tiny meeting goes. 😂
Many #plebs spend so much time continuously given over to various pods and audiobooks while falling down the 🐇 🕳️ that they don’t even realize how many of their own ideas in the swirl are actually emergent and novel.
They’re in there, and if people are given a chance they come to the surface. 🤝
They just need a patient, listening 👂
