I have days sometimes where I feel she has a point 🤣
i was getting real bad (47 here) recently, but kicking the booze, smokes and this milk/cacao diet seems to be really turning things around. though i need to stay off my feet for a while and let some bone/ligament/gristle injuries from too much walking heal a bit more :D
