If you're not keto adapted and your blood sugar drops very quickly (can happen if you bugger up an insulin dose), that's when you can have adverse effects.

I've not heard of anyone on carnivore with very low blood glucose having seizures, and, in fact, that seems to eliminate or greatly reduce seizures.

I think Keto was used for treatment of epilepsy before meds were invented so males sense

Yup. Especially high fat ratio keto, as protien can spike your blood sugar through glucogenesis. Fat can't be turned into glucose, in my understanding.
