Is there any other way of passing laws in the US that is not a presidential executive order?

It feels like there is no need for any assembly anymore.

Let’s call it dictatorship and call it a day.

It’s not a dictatorship, it’s polarized politics. According to Hoppe, democracy doesn’t really exist — and countries with “democratic” in their name are usually totalitarian hellholes.
