Our home cooking class in Hoi An was amazing 🇻🇳🤘started in the fields picking herbs and then morning market for meat and veggies for class

GỎI ĐU ĐỦ - Pork and shrimp papaya salad (complete with fancy pants tomato rose...who even am I)

BÁNH XÈO - Pork and shrimp rice flour pancakes, which we then made into rolls with mustard leaves, banana flowers etc

CÀ TÍM KHO TỘ - Egglant/Aubergine caramelised in a clay pot

PHỞ BÒ - vietnamese beef noodle soup...my favourite dish to eat here and now I know the secrets of how to make it FINALLY 😋
