Gender ideology is the idea that gender is whatever you self-identify it to be, and that this is more important than, and should socially and legally override, empirically observable scientific facts about your body.
"Heteronormativity and bullying of non-gender-conforming people" is laughably ironic when trans activists are bullying, censoring and cancelling homosexuals, especially lesbians, for not wanting to sleep with them telling them that their same sex attraction is transphobic and akin to racism (the "cotton ceiling").

This blatant homophobia is compounded by them then wanting to take perfectly normal gay children, instead of supporting them by saying that their same sex attraction and gender nonconformance is normal and to be accepted and embraced, tell them that they are "in the wrong body", and force them into a lifetime of medicalization, pain, mutilation, sterilization, and an early death from brittle bones, at a time when they cannot decide these important things for themselves.
