Chocolate Pudding Pie

Crust:

• 1c dates

• 1/2c cocoa

• 1.5c almond meal

Filling:

• 14oz silken tofu

• 1c dates

• 3/4c cocoa

• 1tsp vanilla

• 1c raw cashews

• 1/2c plant based milk

I used berries on top instead of toasted coconut!
