I just think we should normalize country leaders doing cage fights, instead of sending people to war.
Most would likely be too terrified to fight hand to hand. It might even be what makes people vote in younger politicians.

We'll never stop people getting the idea. It would be a lot less appealing if they knew the rest of the world were going to have a serious and continual effort to kill the leader of the country that invaded until the war ended. Right now they basically get a free pass picking front lines far from their home.
Let's call the standard a single civilian death. This way you know which countries currently at war both get their leaders killed.
New leader after the assassination continues the war? Kill them too.
We need to just not have leaders. And I think I know a way... "Deep fakes" are pretty damn good. We could produce so many believable deep fakes of every leader saying all sorts of things in a believable way, that statists are all running around trying to do what they say while counteracting each other. Do this for long enough and even their mindless followers will abandon them.
And if that doesn't work, then at least Epstein-style blackmail won't work anymore. Maybe that'll be enough.
I do think deepfakes may help. If I can't believe news I didn't get from an eyewitness I have a personal relationship with, why on earth would I let someone 1000 miles away make rules about how I should live?
Exactly... Now howbout this : isn't it rather suspicious that there isn't *more* deepfakes out there? Like, it's an obvious weapon to use on an adversary you want confused and ineffective. The only thing that makes sense is that all the governments are in cahoots.
Unless there are more deepfakes out there than we realize.
