my perception is that it has grown about 30% in 2 years (im here since early 2023 iirc)
but at the same time feels like it's been the same for the past 2 years (maybe a little more activity lately)

When I joined Nostr in 2022, it was experiencing significant growth. There are many new keys/accounts, though not all users post regularly—some even stopped using it after a while. I haven’t been very active myself since 2023. Still, it’s impressive to see how certain apps, like Damus and Primal, have continued to improve over time
